How to Make It in America
I’ve been following the lead up coverage to this new HBO special. If you’re not familiar, it’s a series about surviving in America and trying to make it big (so original). It stars Bryan Greenberg and apparently Kid Cudi has a pretty big secondary role, hence my original interest. The outtakes with Cudi and Greenberg on http://datnewcudi.com/ are hilarious, and Cudi looks like he can actually act, albeit a weird character (you expected different?). HBO put the first episode on YouTube in HD. I’m planning to watch this tonight and hopefully find a new series to put on the rotation. It’s not TV, it’s HBO.
